Managing Director, Accounting and Operations at Glocap Search

Long short equity fund is looking for a Controller to join the team and support the CFO/COO on all non investment related activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Enfusion OMS/PMS and oversee daily trade operation, processing, and settlement.
• Liaise with PBs and Brokers to resolve any trade issues and discrepancies on a timely basis
• Work closely with the middle office provider and manage daily reconciliation of cash balances, equity and equity swap positions, and trade activities with the Prime Brokers and fund administrators
• Manage internal portfolio accounting, portfolio analytic, and risk systems; monitor the reporting of real time daily pnl, monthly and ad hoc portfolio analytic and risk reporting
• Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the NAV, performance, fees and expenses, and annual financial reporting, audit, and tax filings
• Assist COO/CFO with investor reporting and investor due diligence
• Assist COO/CFO with the expenses management, reporting, and budgeting; maintain the books and records of the Management Company and soft dollar relationships
• Assist CCO with regulatory and compliance reporting and filing, including ADV, PF, 13F

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience with Hedge Funds, Fund administrations, or CPA firms
• Experiences with OMS/Enfusion, Accounting systems, Risk or portfolio analytic system a plus
• Highly motivated, eager to learn and grow with firm
