The CSP Group seeks a Fund Controller to support fund accounting, reporting, forecasting, and investor deliverables. Located on site at our Saint Louis office, the role emphasizes leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong controls.

Responsibilities include capital calls, distributions, waterfall analyses, and preparing quarterly statements. Collaboration with the CFO and Operations VP will drive automation and process improvements across multiple

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools for data analysis and automation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Mansioni

• Maintain accounting records and supporting schedules for multiple fund entities.
• Recordkeep and reconcile investment activity; onboard fund administrator oversight.
• Manage fund credit facilities, cash management, and allocations.
• Develop fund-level forecast models and manage capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare quarterly capital account statements and financial statements.
• Support audits, investor requests, and tax allocations; ensure governance compliance.
• Collaborate to implement technology solutions that improve data quality and timeliness.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows while maintaining control and compliance.
