Carta’s Fund Administration team seeks an experienced Fund Controller to manage multiple client relationships and deliver accurate financials and regulatory reporting. You will leverage SBIC knowledge to support capital calls, distributions, and audit readiness, while partnering with product and engineering to advance private capital software capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity Fund Administration with SBIC experience.
• Experience with SBIC fund administration, SBA compliance, regulatory reporting.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements and waterfall calculations.
• Strong client relationship management and data security focus.

Aufgaben

• Support CFO services and scale client solutions for fund administration.
• Provide real-time IRR and portfolio data to clients.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance the Private Capital product suite.
• Interact daily with clients and coordinate with external auditors and tax providers.
• Ensure SOC compliance across processes and onboarding.
