Job summary

Neuberger Berman in New York seeks a Senior Manager to lead Funds Client Services & Support, overseeing Retail and Intermediary desks, transfer agent activities, and NSCC processing for 40 Act funds. You will drive a white-glove client experience and shape the fund lifecycle through new launches and ETF conversions.

This hands-on, relationship-driven leader will manage a team, leverage data insights and AI-enabled automation to streamline processes, and partner with Legal, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Series 7 and Series 24 required at hire.
• If not held, Series 66 or Series 63 and 65 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail and Intermediary desks, including call center and statements.
• Oversee external transfer agent and NSCC activity; manage risk and KPIs.
• Shape the fund lifecycle with ETF conversions and new launches.
• Coach and develop client service teams and drive process improvements with data insights and AI.
