  • Manage investor onboarding, including KYC/AML due diligence and FATCA/CRS compliance.
  • Maintain investor records and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Operational Support
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including accounting and legal, to ensure seamless processing of investor transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communications, including capital call notices, distributions, and financial statements.

  • Preparation of investor-related wires.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to fund and regulatory compliance requirements, including SEC, FINRA, and international guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks in investor servicing and propose solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to maintain updated policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Full training with fund administration or CRM software (e.g., Investran, eFront, or similar) will be provided.
  • Full training with KYC/AML processes and regulatory compliance standards is a plus but will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
