Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant to join our fast-paced team. You will partner with customers and internal fund accounting and onboarding teams to deliver fund accounting and reporting services for clients in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital spaces.

You will shape our service offering and deliver a best-in-class experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, a curious mindset, and leveraging technology to iterate and improve processes.

Competenze

• 3+ years in fund accounting or audit.
• Experience with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, or Real Estate funds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Familiarity with complex fund structures and waterfalls.

Mansioni

• Support major decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies.
• Define and support the implementation of fund administration workflows with best practices.
• Interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Serve as a technical accounting expert on significant business decisions for the team.
• Perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties; ensure timely client reporting.
• Review waterfall calculations and capital calls/distributions per Limited Partnerships.
• Prepare and review asset- and fund-level performance metrics (IRRs, TVPI).
• Assist with external client and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare financial information for stockholders/investor reports.
• Assist with annual audits and drafts of audit reports and schedules.
• Research and interpret recent accounting developments.
