Job summary

Alter Domus in Carmel, Indiana, seeks an experienced professional to lead Client Delivery teams within our fund accounting group. You will mentor 1-2 Associate Fund Accountants, oversee reporting for investors and auditors, and help prioritize work while maintaining accounting standards.

This role requires deep accounting knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field) required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or fund administration.
• Credit accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Client Delivery teams.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Fund Accountants; train new staff.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit procedures.
• Respond to auditor queries.
