Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation are essential.
• Experience with fund accounting and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate fund accounting work within client deadlines.
• Prepare and review work papers, general ledgers and schedules.
• Process private equity capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
• Update waterfall calculations and carried interest.
• Handle hedge fund subscriptions, redemptions, and investment activity.
• Prepare NAV calculations and investor allocations.
• Perform cash, position, and bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review transaction documentation and its accounting impact.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support year-end audits with clients and auditors.
• Interact with clients, auditors, and investment managers.
• Assist with new fund launches and client onboarding.
