Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to support clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit or fund administration. Responsibilities include reconciling transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing client relationships. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $110,000 along with various benefits including life insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, alternative asset industry, or fund administration.
• External auditor experience, CPA certification or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in a client-facing role supporting multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Drive month-end close process and manage client relationships.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements.
