Job summary

A modern financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to support and service top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The successful candidate will lead various accounting functions, drive the month-end close process, and maintain client relationships. Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in audit or fund administration, with proficiency in accounting systems. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits, including a 401k match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, alternative asset industry, or fund administration.
• External auditor experience, CPA certification or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in a client-facing role supporting multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in Xero.
• Drive month-end close process and raise follow-up questions.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements.
