Qualifications

• Deep private equity fund accounting expertise.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing accounting teams.
• Ability to analyze LPAs and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund operations with Directors and Managing Directors.
• Independently manage accounting activities for private equity funds.
• Serve as primary client contact with limited oversight.
• Analyze LPAs and governing documents to summarize key economics and fund structures.
• Supervise and develop accounting team members.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, financial statements, waterfalls, and IRR calculations.
• Ensure accuracy of fund reporting and regulatory compliance.
