Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or active CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with capital calls, distributions, waterfalls and investor reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and private equity fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple private equity fund structures.
• Manage third-party administrators and review financial statements.
• Review complex accounting matters including carried interest and waterfalls.
• Lead year-end audit coordination with external auditors.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, credit facilities, and cash management.
• Partner with internal teams on investor reporting and regulatory filings.
• Interpret LPAs and side letters to ensure reporting aligns with governing documents.
