Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a team of accountants and specialists in Fund Accounting. Responsible for accurate processing, GL maintenance and reporting, and coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities.

The role requires eight+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years in supervision; CPA and management experience preferred. Location alternates among Tempe, Milwaukee, and Boston, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of accounting experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience over accounting teams.
• CPA and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of accountants, accounting specialists, and/or support staff for accurate and timely processing of transactions, GL maintenance and reporting.
• Assist with annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses; research and resolve accounting issues.
• Lead projects and participate in department initiatives, ensuring responsive support for internal and external customers.
