Job summary

JKB Advisors is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to oversee private equity fund accounting/administration and client delivery. You will lead NAV preparation, investor allocations, capital calls, and distributions, ensuring accurate calculations in line with fund documents and LPAs.

You will manage and develop a team of fund accountants, coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, custodians, and other service providers, and oversee financial statements, regulatory reporting, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fund accounting/administration experience
• Private equity experience
• Knowledge of fund structures, LPAs, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV preparation and review, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations
• Review fund accounting deliverables and ensure calculations are completed in accordance with fund documents and LPAs

• Review financial statements, audit support, regulatory reporting, fund expenses, and other client deliverables
• Ensure service deadlines, controls, and client requirements are consistently met
• Support process improvements, technology initiatives, reporting enhancements, and internal projects
