A fast-growing financial firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager. This role entails overseeing fund accounting across multiple structures and driving operational efficiencies through process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in accounting, CPA preferred, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A performance bonus is included in the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or fund accounting.
• Background or strong interest in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly fund accounting activities.
