Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in private equity or private markets fund accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing large teams.
• Proven ability to lead strategically and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to fund accounting teams.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new clients.
• Guide design and review of carried interest models.
• Partner with clients for financial and investor reporting.
• Lead the annual audit process managing client relationships.
• Drive operational excellence through scalable processes.
