Job summary

Jobot seeks a Fund Accounting Director to lead day-to-day accounting and fund administration for multiple investment sponsors, spanning private equity, credit, real estate, and alternatives. You will oversee complex financial statements, investor reporting, and capital calls with senior executives.

You will mentor accounting professionals, ensure technical accuracy, and drive process improvements in a hybrid environment with strong client exposure and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fund accounting teams.
• Exposure to private equity fund structures is a plus.
• Client-facing interactions with executives are common.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day accounting and fund administration for multiple sponsors.
• Lead fund accounting operations across PE, credit, real estate, and alt investments.
• Prepare complex workpapers, accruals, investments, and investor allocations.
