CBRE's Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group is seeking an Assistant Fund Accounting Controller to join a collaborative team focused on supporting a portfolio of clients. This role handles financial accounting, reporting, and analysis of fund operations.

Responsibilities include NAV calculations, daily ledger activity, fund pricing, financial statements, investor notices, and assisting audits while ensuring CBRE IA&R standards and SOX compliance where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with fund (NAV) accounting required.
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and REIS/IFRS where applicable.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, analyze, and review periodic NAV calculations.
• Input daily trading, GL activity, and pricing of funds to ensure accuracy of daily NAV.
• Produce fund financial statements and investor notices.
• Review monthly property level reports and assist treasury and cash management.
• Post journal entries and money movements; reconcile cash balances.
• Coordinate with SPOC guidelines and coach junior staff.
