CBRE is seeking a Fund Accounting Controller to join the Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group. You will produce NAVs, financial statements, and client reports, while coordinating treasury and year-end processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant fund accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. Competitive compensation and discretionary bonus are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, analyze, and review NAV calculations and financial packages.
• Monitor daily trading, GL activity, and fund pricing for NAV accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with audits and tax prep.
• Manage portfolios budgets, forecasts, and client reports.
• Coordinate treasury, cash management, and fund-level reconciliations.
