Ultimus Fund Solutions seeks an Associate Manager for the Fund Team to provide daily accounting support and oversee client financial reporting. The role supervises staff, coordinates capital calls, and ensures timely, accurate statements.

The position requires mastery of fund accounting, overseeing financial reporting, and direct interaction with clients and team members. Strong leadership and regulatory/compliance awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, methods and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements to LPs.
• Prepare schedules supporting general ledger balances.
• Calculate and distribute capital calls to LPs.
• Interpret Limited Partnership Agreement terms.
• Review complex waterfall structures and regulatory filings.
• Oversee management fee calculations and distributions.
• Coordinate with General Partners, auditors, and clients.
