Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of public accounting and private experience (financial services/private equity)
• Licensed CPA
• Strong academic record
• Experience with financial reporting and accounting for investment companies
• Familiarity with financial products including private/public securities and alternative assets
• Solid GAAP understanding; fund accounting exposure a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting, administration, and financial reporting for investment funds and advisory relationships
• Prepare and maintain internal performance reports and schedules
• Support capital calls and distributions calculations and waterfall schedules
• Track management fees, carried interest allocations, and partner capital accounts
• Assist with financial statement preparation and annual audits
• Develop and maintain deal activity workbooks and schedules
• Reconcile bank and brokerage accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Manage investor relations requests and confidential information
• Support internal and external reporting requests as needed
