Qualifications

• 3–8 years’ experience in private funds (private equity, private credit, or real estate).
• Solid understanding of fund structures (SPVs, feeders, etc.).
• Experience closing the books / preparing financials.

Responsibilities

• Own firm-level accounting and streamline core processes.
• Manage cash, prepare financials, and handle investor inquiries.
• Support compliance and ad hoc projects.
