Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or fund administration.
• Background in private equity, hedge funds, or audit strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SEC and other regulatory filing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily and monthly estimated and final fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution allocations.
• Support the tracking of investment costs and ongoing monitoring.
