Formulary Financial, based in New York, seeks a fund accounting-focused professional in a hybrid role (onsite 3 days per week, NY) or remote. You will drive client-facing reporting, LPA inputs, and maintain live data systems to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with fund accounting and private equity.
• Interest in AI/ML for operations.
• Familiar with GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform fund accounting analyses and client reporting inputs.
• Prepare client deliverables and LPA inputs.
• Maintain live data systems with bank transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of fund reports and statements.
• Validate portfolio and fund-level performance metrics.
• Support tax, audit, and regulatory reporting workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve ops.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver service.
