Job summary

Decile Group is transforming venture capital into a force for good, operating an integrated platform for education, software, and fund operations to launch 10,000 next-generation VC firms by 2030. We are seeking a Fund Accountant to execute day-to-day fund accounting tasks, maintain accurate general ledger records across multiple funds, and prepare periodic financial statements and schedules.

• 2–4+ years of experience in fund accounting, accounting, or fund administration.
• Familiarity with venture capital or private equity fund structures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple funds.
• Clear written communication and reliable follow-through.
• Interest in accounting workflow automation and systems improvement.
• Prior experience supporting audits or year-end close processes.
