Responsibilities:

• 1. Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• 2. Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P, and Billing processes.
• 3. Oversee the management and reporting of fixed assets.
• 4. Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and ensure entries are posted to the correct ledger.
• 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• 6. Review and process vendor payments, ensuring prompt and accurate payment.
• 7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• 8. Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• 9. Participate in financial audits and work closely with auditors.
• 10. Liaise with other departments to improve financial procedures, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role in the Accounting + Finance industry.
• 3. Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
• 4. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.).
• 5. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
• 6. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• 7. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• 8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• 9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 10. High attention to detail and accuracy.
