What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize HRIS workflows and ensure seamless operation of HR processes
- Provide training and technical assistance to end-users of the HRIS system
- Act as a liaison with global HR Call Center, Payroll, and IT functions for HRIS support
- Manage all phases of defined short-term HRIS projects and validate program changes
- Research and correct data in Workday, including testing and auditing data with new releases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in functional Workday HCM
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of related HRIS experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS workflows and data management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Recruiting and Learning modules
- Familiarity with case management systems such as PeopleAssist
- Previous experience in project management related to HRIS systems
- Knowledge of data auditing and reporting in HRIS environments
