Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a technology-focused AE for Agentic AI to grow the AI business across the Americas. You will work with the ATM, Account Managers, and regional FAEs to uncover, shape, win, and deploy AI solutions in customers’ design and verification flows.

This early-stage role offers a tremendous opportunity to shape our roadmap with creativity, technical skills, and semiconductor industry experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on deployment of Agentic AI in EDA customers.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, MCP, AI toolkits, prompts, and skills.
• Extensive experience in Digital ASIC design and verification, including testbenches with VIPs and RTL generation.
• Strong product, market and industry knowledge in Agentic AI and semiconductor design/verification.
• Excellent prospecting and demand creation abilities.
• Ability to create and maintain technical campaigns and drive them to closure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with account management, field tech, R&D, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BSEE or equivalent; 10+ years in digital design/verification in semiconductor/EDA; EDA Functional Verification experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between DVT AI experts and customer technical owners for EDA AI.
• Provide hands-on expertise to the field team in Siemens AI solutions.
• Evangelize Siemens AI solutions.

Position Overview

The technology focused AE for Agentic AI will drive and grow the AI business across the Americas accounts. As a technology focused AE, you will be working with the ATM (Account Technology Manager), Account Managers (AMs), and the regional FAEs to drive the uncovering, shaping, winning, and deploying AI solutions in customers’ design and verification flows. In this early stage of Agentic AI emergence in EDA and Semiconductor Design domain, this role will have a tremendous opportunity to shape our roadmap, value‑add solutions, and dominance with creativity, technical skills, and semiconductor industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Working as the liaison between the Functional Verification division (DVT) AI technical experts and customer technical owners for EDA AI
• Providing hands‑on expertise to the field team in Siemens AI solutions
• Being the evangelist in the proliferation of Siemens AI solutions

Job Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in deployment of Agentic AI solutions and workflows, preferably in the domain of EDA customers
• Hands‑on experience in Agentic AI essentials: LLMs, MCP, AI Toolkits, Prompts, Skill etc.
• Hands‑on experience in Digital ASIC design and Verification, including Testbench with VIP and RTL generation, digital simulation
• Product, market, and industry knowledge in Agentic AI and Semiconductor design and verification
• Prospecting/uncovering skills
• Demand creation
• Create and maintain technical campaigns
• Set appropriate expectations and decision criteria
• Bring technical campaigns to successful closure
• Driving positive relationships with account management, field technical, and R&D and marketing organizations
• Strong written and verbal skills are required
• BSEE or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in digital design and verification in semiconductor and/or EDA industry. EDA Functional Verification experience desired
• Travel will be required within the North America region
