The Field Application Engineer 3 plays a key role in driving technical wins, customer adoption, and expansion through pre‑sales support, solution recommendations, and account‑focused technical guidance. This role builds relationships with individual contributors and first‑line managers, assesses customer needs, and supports the development of impactful sales campaigns in partnership with account teams. Field AEs act as trusted technical advisors, lead smaller‑scale technical initiatives, support evaluations and deployments, and provide mentorship to junior Field AEs as they build expertise.
The salary range for this position is $125,300.00 to $250,600.00 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
