Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead with strong healthcare payer domain expertise across Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and EDI transactions. You will lead functional discovery workshops with business, product, application, and testing stakeholders, assess processes and testing scope, and shape the target-state testing model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Functional Testing or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years leading testing programs or managed services engagements.
• 5+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system.
• Experience in discovery, due diligence, transition assessments, and testing operating model evaluations.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern QE practices.
• Preferred: Healthcare payer managed services transformations; TCoE; Test Data Management exposure; AI-enabled QE initiatives; CMS and regulatory testing.

• Develop transition roadmaps, KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks, and transformation recommendations.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
