Job summary

UST is seeking an E2E Test Lead in Seattle, WA to own end-to-end testing across multiple applications and business domains, driving test planning, execution, and release validation.

The candidate should have 10+ years in Quality Engineering, 5+ years leading large-scale E2E programs, and 5+ years with Facets healthcare systems, plus experience across Claims, Enrollment, and EDI processes. Proficiency with Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps is required.

• Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes (Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, EDI).
• Experience with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and business domains.
• Define E2E test strategy, scope, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness plans.
• Coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT activities across business, development, and QA teams.

• Monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, defect leakage, and overall program readiness.
• Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, governance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering and Testing, with 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs.
• 5+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system
• Experience managing complex multi-application, multi-vendor testing engagements.
• Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes including Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, and EDI transactions.
• Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern QE practices.
• Preferred Experience:
• Healthcare payer managed services and transition programs.
• TCoE-led delivery models and governance frameworks.
• Automation-led testing and shift-left quality initiatives.
• Test Data Management and Environment Management exposure.
• CMS, regulatory, and compliance testing programs.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
