Job summary

GDH seeks a Functional Test Analyst to ensure software quality across enterprise applications. You will validate requirements, design and execute test cases, and manage defects with stakeholders.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform API/data validation testing, and contribute to continuous testing improvements in a hybrid work setup. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable testing tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with regression and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of API, integration, and data validation testing.
• SQL skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test coverage.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and testing documentation.
• Execute various testing types including Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Validate business processes and system integrations to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Maintain testing assets and document execution results within Azure DevOps.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and regression testing suites.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve overall testing practices and software quality.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
