Job summary

Sanctuary Functional Medicine, located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrative and functional primary care team. You will work alongside our current Physician Assistant in a new facility set to open in November 2025, taking on new patients and providing personalized care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing primary care, including in-person care.
• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine (preferred, not required).
• Passion for personal health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the current Physician Assistant in the new functional primary care facility.
• Begin taking 30–40 new patients per month into the panel.
• Provide patient care during 6–7 hours per day, three days per week.
