Duke Neurosurgery in Raleigh, NC is seeking a talented Functional Neurosurgeon to join our faculty. This 100% clinical appointment will operate across Duke Raleigh Hospital and Duke University Hospital, with a growth plan and opportunities for site leadership.

The role focuses on deep brain stimulation, neuromodulation, and MR-guided focused ultrasound, with involvement in the Duke Center for Neurorestoration and multidisciplinary care across neurology, pain management, and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary, team-based approach to care.
• Strong clinical acumen and compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to practice across Duke Raleigh Hospital and Duke University Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex functional neurosurgical procedures (e.g., deep brain stimulation).
• Deliver neuromodulation and MR-guided focused ultrasound procedures.
• Lead the Raleigh functional neurosurgery service and develop referral pathways.
