Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, Texas seeks a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience Institute. General neurosurgery with subspecialization in functional, epilepsy, and neuro-oncology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Board certification in the applicant's specialty (American Board of Medical Specialties or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide general neurosurgery with subspecialization in functional, epilepsy and neuro-oncology as applicable.
• Mentor residents, fellows and medical students within the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience Institute.
• Contribute to active clinical and translational research programs and participate in clinical trials.
• Eligible for faculty appointment in affiliated medical school with academic rank commensurate with training and experience.
