Qualifications

• Active medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain within a reasonable period.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Medical Specialties in neurosurgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide general neurosurgical care with subspecialization in functional neurosurgery, epilepsy, and neuro-oncology as preferred.
• Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students within the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience Institute.
• Engage in department research programs and translational/clinical trials; contribute to education and clinical excellence.
