This full-time, hybrid position offers three in-office days and two remote days, with extended visit times and a competitive base salary of $115,000–$145,000 plus bonuses and revenue sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years clinical practice; 1 year in integrative/functional medicine

Integrated Connections is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving and respected Functional Medicine practice in Colorado with a loyal and growing patient community.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering 3 in office days and 2 remote days.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine
• Completion of some formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in integrative and functional medicine
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado. Active DEA license.
