Job summary

Integrated Connections is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving Functional Medicine practice in Colorado. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days and 2 remote days, focusing on patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

Candidates must have CO NP/PA license, DEA license, 2+ years in clinical practice (primary care preferred) and at least 1 year in integrative/functional medicine.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clinical practice experience; primary care preferred.
• At least 1 year in integrative/functional medicine.
• Active CO NP/PA license and DEA license.
• Hybrid schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays.
• Extended patient visit times; 6 patients/day with ≤2 new patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers to develop and adjust treatment plans.

Integrated Connections is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving and respected Functional Medicine practice in Colorado with a loyal and growing patient community.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering 3 in office days and 2 remote days.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine
• Completion of some formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in integrative and functional medicine
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado. Active DEA license.
• Hybrid work schedule (Monday and Friday Remote)
• Extended patient visit times
• 6 patients per day – no more than 2 new patients per day
• Opportunity to train and collaborate with experienced providers in the field
• Base salary: $110,000- $120,000 commensurate with experience plus bonuses and revenue sharing
