Protouch Staffing is seeking a compassionate Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid role in Louisville, CO. The candidate will provide patient-centered care with integrative medicine approaches and develop personalized treatment plans.

Ideal applicants hold NP or PA-C credentials, current DEA status, and Colorado licensure, with preferred IFM/A4M training. Hybrid role with some remote work and solid benefits offered.

Formación

• Certified NP or PA-C with Colorado license or eligibility.
• Experience in functional medicine is required.
• IFM or A4M training or certification preferred.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Active Colorado NP or PA license.

Responsabilidades

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Friday: Remote administrative work
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong interest in integrative and functional medicine. The ideal candidate provides personalized, comprehensive patient care and has completed or is actively pursuing formal functional medicine training or fellowship.
Responsibilities:-

• Provide individualized, patient-centered care using functional and integrative medicine approaches.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to support optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications:-

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• Current prescribing authority or eligibility to obtain the required prescribing privileges.
• Experience in functional medicine is required.
• IFM or A4M training or certification preferred.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Active Colorado NP or PA license.
