Job summary

Upstream Functional Medicine in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Functional Medicine Provider (NP, PA, DO, or MD) to deliver high quality care inside established systems. You will practice medicine, lead client visits, and partner with our nutritionist and provider team.

The right candidate will bring leadership, clear communication, and the ability to guide clients toward lasting health. In person with occasional telemedicine; salary $100,000–$140,000, plus profit sharing and relocation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Functional Medicine certification or active pursuit
• Strong functional lab interpretation skills
• Comfort prescribing supplements, hormones, and medications
• Clear, direct communication and healthy boundaries
• In-person availability with some telemedicine
• Ability to lead client education

Responsibilities

• Lead 6 to 8 comprehensive client visits per day delivering science-based care that treats causes
• Build and adjust personalized treatment plans from labs, symptoms, and progress
• Partner with the functional nutritionist and provider team in Weekly Case Review Sessions
• Support clients with clear communication, healthy boundaries, and grounded presence
• Lead or co-lead workshops, AMA sessions, and community events
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours
• Contribute to a culture built on ownership, humility, clarity, honesty, and growth
