Job summary

Burick Center for Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to join our concierge clinical team in Mechanicsburg, PA. The clinician will support BHRT, longevity weight-loss, and peptide therapy programs while contributing to wellness services and program growth.

You will work under physician supervision within approved protocols, handling intake, education, and lab coordination to help deliver a personal, high-touch patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license as RN/PA/NP in good standing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for PA/NP candidates.
• Comfort with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Ability to work independently within physician-directed protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake, follow-up, and titration visits for hormone replacement, weight-loss, and peptide therapy under supervision.
• Review pre-visit questionnaires and baseline metabolic/hormonal data.
• Educate patients on protocols, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress.
• Support pellet injections, and other in-office procedures within licensure.
• Coordinate metabolic and hormone labs and pharmacy-related processes.
• Maintain Athena documentation and patient education materials.
• Contribute to patient onboarding and program growth initiatives.
