Burick Center is a concierge medical practice that integrates traditional internal medicine with functional, longevity, and regenerative care. Our physicians and nursing team deliver evidence-and-safety-based care in longer, relationship-driven visits, and our members expect a warm, responsive, and elevated experience — the Burick Way. Backed by the Burick Health and Longevity Alliance with PAM Health, we are growing our functional and longevity service lines while preserving the standards, culture, and clinical judgment that define the practice.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with demonstrated training and interest in functional and integrative medicine to join our clinical team. This clinician will work alongside our physicians to support and grow three specialty programs:
- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) — including pellet, injectable, topical, and oral protocols.
- Longevity Weight-Loss Program — including GLP-1 and dual/triple-agonist therapy, quarterly metabolic monitoring, and wraparound Companion Care.
- Peptide Therapy — including preparation, administration support, patient education, and protocol management.
The clinician will also participate in adjunctive wellness services (MAH, IV infusions, HOCATT, HBOT, VEMI, red light) and contribute to the ongoing growth of our functional medicine and longevity offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care — Functional & Integrative Programs

- Prepare and administer peptide therapies with attention to reconstitution, storage, sterile technique, and patient teaching.
- Monitor and manage side effects, plateaus, and safety red flags; elevate promptly to the supervising physician.
- Coordinate quarterly metabolic monitoring labs (HbA1c or fasting glucose, CMP, lipids, and advanced markers as ordered) and hormone labs on the schedule appropriate to each program.
- Coordinate with pharmacy partners for compounded medications, verify sourcing, and confirm patient receipt and adherence.
Documentation, Athena, and Workflow
- Complete timely, thorough Athena documentation using practice templates for weight-loss, BHRT, peptide, and wellness encounters.
