Job summary
Serotonin Centers seeks a Medical Practitioner (NP/PA/Physician) to lead comprehensive BHRT and wellness programs. You will conduct client consultations, educate on therapies, and design personalized treatment plans to improve health, longevity, and aesthetics.
Ideal candidates are wellness-minded, with strong clinical judgment and excellent patient relationships. Experience with hormone optimization and IV therapies is a plus; compensation ranges with performance incentives.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practitioner in good standing (NP/PA/Physician).
- Minimum 2 years BHRT experience preferred.
- Experience with hormone optimization, functional wellness, aesthetics, or weight management beneficial.
- Ability to perform bio-identical hormone pellet insertion is essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups.
- Develop and present individualized treatment and wellness plans.
- Educate clients on therapies, costs, and next steps.
- Provide client care that promotes trust and long-term engagement.
- Perform BHRT pellet insertion and manage related procedures.
- Order labs, adjust plans based on results, and document in EMR.
- Coordinate with Health Coaches and front desk for seamless care.
