Job summary

Responsibilities include histories, exams, individualized treatment plans, labs, patient education, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, primary care, wellness, or related clinical setting preferred.
• Experience with IV therapy strongly preferred.
• Experience evaluating or managing neuropathy patients preferred.
• Comfort discussing sexual wellness concerns professionally.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a growing practice while collaborating with the broader clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and functional medicine assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-informed care.
• Evaluate and manage patients receiving IV hydration and nutrient therapy within the provider's scope of practice and regulations.
• Assess patients with neuropathy symptoms and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Evaluate metabolic, wellness, and lifestyle factors affecting health and quality of life.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, lifestyle modification, nutrition, follow-up care, and risk reduction.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members.
• Support development of clinical workflows, protocols, and patient education as the practice grows.
