Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, primary care, wellness, or related clinical setting preferred.
• IV therapy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and functional medicine assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and patient goals.
• Evaluate and manage patients receiving IV hydration and nutrient therapy.
• Assess neuropathy patients and participate in multidisciplinary planning.
• Evaluate metabolic and lifestyle factors affecting health and quality of life.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members.
• Support development of clinical workflows, protocols, and education for a growing practice.
