Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Springfield, Oregon team focused on functional medicine and whole-person care. You will provide comprehensive medical services, collaborate with a high-functioning care team, and drive optimal health outcomes.

This role offers guaranteed base salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered, and extensive support including clinical mentorship, medical assistant and scribe support, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO ( or eligibility to obtain )
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
