Job summary
OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team in Nampa, Idaho. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.
This role offers guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, no nights or weekends, a 4-day work week, robust clinical support, and generous benefits including healthcare, 401(k) and relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- Active license as NP in Oregon or eligibility to obtain
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience; functional/integrative medicine preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care via office visits and telehealth
- Order/interpret labs and imaging; diagnose conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, hormones, prescriptions)
- Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health staff
- Document visits in NextGen EHR timely and compliant
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement
- Support clinic operations and foster a team-oriented environment
