Ladders is seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to drive AI implementation engagements from definition through delivery. You will partner with sales, customers, and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are scoped, funded, and aligned to desired business outcomes. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

This remote US-based role requires guiding projects from initiation to closeout, with a focus on measurable results and smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI-related implementation on Salesforce or AWS platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in professional services or consulting.
• Experience as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Proficient in estimation and sizing, and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Proven ability to write SOWs and manage project scope.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead delivery for AI implementation engagements, guiding customers from initial solution definition through successful project execution and closeout. You will partner closely with sales, customers, and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are scoped accurately, financially sound, and aligned to desired business outcomes. The position requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex AI initiatives into clear plans, measurable results, and smooth client experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
