Job summary

Merakey in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to join our team. FFT therapists conduct family therapy sessions using the FFT model and manage a caseload of 10-12 families with services delivered in the family home or community settings.

The position offers training, supervision, and ongoing consultation to ensure fidelity to the FFT model. Earn $31.37/hour plus mileage reimbursement; a work cell phone and laptop are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a related human service field.
• 1-3 years experience working with children/adolescents and their families in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to client homes for community/home-based services (must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Provide Functional Family Therapy sessions using the FFT model.
• Maintain a caseload of 10-12 families with home or community-based services.
• Participate in FFT training, supervision, and national consultation to ensure fidelity to the model.
