Join TrueNorth Wellness Services as a Functional Family Therapist in Hanover, PA. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay rate starting at $19.38, increasing with experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical skills effectively
• Develop person-centered treatment plans
• Conduct clinical interviews
• Implement research-based treatment approaches
• Provide services across York and Adams counties, possibly further
• Attend mandatory weekly in-person supervision
• Manage caseloads: minimum of 6 clients for part-time, 13 for full-time

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience accepted
• Minimum of two years of mental health-related experience if holding a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in diverse settings preferred
• Clearances required: ChildLine, PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint, Mandated Reporting training
• Experience with CASSP or children's services preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
